    Here are some of the most common questions we receive about our webshop. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us directly.


    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, IDeal, ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and Bank Transfer

    Q: Do you offer international shipping?
    A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Your shipping price is based on your location and weight of the order. This will be calculated automatically at the checkout. 

    Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    A: Orders within the Netherlands have an average shipping time of 1-2 days.

                Orders to Belgium and Germany have an average shipping time of 3-4 days.

                Orders to the rest of Europe have an average shipping time of 5-7 days.

                Orders outside Europe have an average shipping time of 2-3 weeks.

     Q: How can I track my order?
    A: After you have placed your order, we will process the order. A shipping label will be created manually within 3 days and a track & trace link will follow via email.

    Q: What is your return policy?
    A: At SHOSU Amsterdam you have the right to return an item within 14 days after delivery, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal).

     When returning your order, make sure that your return shipment meets the following requirements:

    Due to hygiene, our items cannot be returned if the seal is broken. The costs for a return shipment are for your own account.

    If a credit has arisen in our administration due to the return processing and you have paid for the order in advance, we will refund this as soon as possible.

     Q: Can I contact customer support if I have a question or problem?

    A: For any other questions you can contact customer support via shop@shosu.amsterdam. We try to answer your email within 24 hours.
